Perfect place to explore the city and close to London bridge and subway. Very great breakfast and exceptional personal, wery welcoming and helpful. Cannot find something wrong except maybe the lack of room in the breakfast area during peak hour"

"Good hotel. Well situated. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. No tea and coffee in room though. This was only complaint. Being taken over by OYO. Hope they don't ruin it "

"Me and my husband stayed 1 night. It was perfect for what we needed. Very pleasant, helpful staff at reception. Room was clean and tidy and towels and soaps were available and clean in the room. Used the bar in the evening and the staff were smashing. Very polite and just lovely. Thank you for a very good stay. We opted not to eat and so cannot comment on food or use of high chairs. "
