"The property is a classic old building in downtown Spokane. The community rooms are comfy and well taken care of. Our hotel room needs to be updated. The thermostat and heating - old, the bed - saggy, the bathroom toilet extremely low and other fixtures old. Staff were fantastic in every way, especially Simon and Angela."
