Clayton Hotel Glasgow
10/10 Excellent
"Pretty satisfied overall. If I were looking for things to pick on, it was a bit dissapointhg that there was no fridge in the room."
"Stayed here 2 weeks on business, the friendly staff gave me a larger room due to the length of stay which was a nice touch. Inside it's a great modern hotel, great breakfast, rooms modern and spacious. When re-entering the room the TV automatically switches on to a looped video of a fishtank with zen music, which never ceased to amuse me. Importantly the windows are modern and sound-proof so you don't hear the city noise. Admittedly the area right outside the hotel is a bit rough, but the location is unbeatable: right next to Glasgow Central train station, a few minutes from the subway, close to stops for the airport bus. If you're attending an event at the conference centre it's a pleasant 30 minute walk along the river, or 2 stops on the train. Would definitely stay again when next in Glasgow."
"We stayed overnight for my birthday, on arrival they gave us a bottle of Prosecco which I thought was so nice! We stayed in the penthouse suite so the view was amazing with a wrap round balcony! The rooms are big and the bed is so comfy! Definitely will be back"
