"I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and for good reason. Great location and the accommodation is well presented and elegant. Rooms are of a good size and the bathrooms are well appointed. The only down side on this occasion was that my booking was lost in the system. Hotel could not locate it and hotels.com itinerary was not acceptable at the hotel. After multiple attempts at the checkin and trying to work through hotels.com help page, we had to rebook and put holds on our credit cards...

"One elevator out but wasn’t a problem while we were there. Called the night before to say we’d be there around 8am and to confirm they can hold luggage.
