"We were not initially happy with our room as a lot of the light was blocked by the building. We spoke to Raj the manager at reception and he was extremely helpful and we couldn’t fault the customer service. He immediately offered us another room and in fact went above and beyond and offered a suite which was on the 3rd highest floor so view/light was not blocked. Overall, had a nice spacious room, decent breakfast and enjoyable stay. "
