"What a wonderful stay we had. The staff went above all expectations for our stay. We had an issue with our shower and we prompted staff to let them know. Whilst we were out the staff made contact with us and we returned to the reception were we were told they apologised as we needed to change rooms. Here we were both thinking we would need to return to our room to repack our belongings to switch rooms. To our surprise the staff had already reset up our new room and all of belongings were moved and placed in order. Amazing service x "

"Really liked our stay here. The property was very clean and well presented and the room we stayed in equally so. The bed was a bit firm however, prefer it medium/soft but would stay again and not let that put me off."
