"Needs updating, edges of wardrobe/drawers chipped. Bathroom needs to be updated Generally the room looks tired. Good location for St Kilda, walkable to where I needed to go as well as the trams. The woman on reception was so helpful and knowledgeable of the area."

"Stayed for 2 nights with a few friends and was blown away by the size and the atmosphere of the property, it's full of personality with a really gorgeous bathroom. It's very big and in a prime location for travelling to the beach restaurants (10 minute walk). The pool was a good size and although the hot tub didn't exactly work for us, it was still relaxing. Plenty of beds and bedding. Overall a wonderful place that I would stay again."

Our other question was the parkiing permits were expired even though we used them and no fine yet but that did concern me a little but other than that we had a fabulous week thankyou.
