"Nice property with excellent location. Front desk staff was wonderful, but the staff at the restaurant and bar was a whole different experience, we gave them two tries also. Our waiters both times (different person) was crass and not warm or welcoming at all, also food was just ok, and my steak was cold and when I tried to tell them it was met with impassive attitude, so I just left at that. Bar cocktails were excellent. Also the lounge and bar which are super cozy and comfortable were closed...

"The stay was really good in the middle of the action in Prague… just in front of the Prague Clock… the only watch out is to perform the check in at the Emblem hotel around 5 min walk from this place and is not elevator on the hotel so be prepared, on the day of arrival they help with a bell button guy with the luggage. Good hot water and a lot of space on the room… Overall everything with in walking distance!"

"The Hotel is in a really good location and super convenient for the main square. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and unique. Only issue found was the bath was too small to sit in comfortably and the ceiling was too low to use the shower standing up. "
