"The staff were very nice and knew pretty good English. They were unique in the fact that you could leave your room key at the front desk so you didn’t lose it. Our room, however had a leaky shower head, the towel warmer didn’t work, and the windows weren’t safe as you could open them all the way with no screen to catch you. "

"Nice property with excellent location. Front desk staff was wonderful, but the staff at the restaurant and bar was a whole different experience, we gave them two tries also. Our waiters both times (different person) was crass and not warm or welcoming at all, also food was just ok, and my steak was cold and when I tried to tell them it was met with impassive attitude, so I just left at that. Bar cocktails were excellent. Also the lounge and bar which are super cozy and comfortable were closed...
