"The staff were very nice and knew pretty good English. They were unique in the fact that you could leave your room key at the front desk so you didn’t lose it. Our room, however had a leaky shower head, the towel warmer didn’t work, and the windows weren’t safe as you could open them all the way with no screen to catch you. "

"Great location with almost immediate access to the old town square (100 feet). The room was very large and looked as if it was part of a palace. The downside is that was separate from the main hotel and had many stairs to climb (no elevator in this section), fortunately they do have porters available. The room could have been a bit cleaner (dust in places), but the price more than offset that minor detail. "
