"My stay at the property was wonderful during my time. But the process of the check in for a highly priced hotel is unacceptable as a wait for it should not be needed as staff should be professional. I was greeted rudely due to it as their was no signs and no instructions on available staff member handling it and it is such a shame for such a highly priced place"

From there we explored all the central Prague areas (Old Town, New Town, Lesser Town) on foot, not needing to use public transport. The room was comfortable and clean. "The staff were very nice and knew pretty good English. They were unique in the fact that you could leave your room key at the front desk so you didn’t lose it.
