"Traveled with our kids and really enjoyed the stay. We had a great view of the falls, the staff were excellent and the hotel was clean and in decent shape. Only a few small complaints like the elevators were very slow during the morning we were checking out and the door to our bathroom was a bit off track and didn’t close well. Kids enjoyed the pool and parking was easy. "

"Staff was nice but they prioritize guests in a manner in which they leave the first person they were attending to wait and be inconvenienced while they check in a party that walked in afterwards. Also, our keys kept “breaking” even though we had them isolated from all technology to avoid this. Hotel was very nice and clean. Parking is a bit of a hassle in the area."
