"We had a great stay at this hotel! The 3-person room was small yet spacious and is perfect for a family of 3 adults. The location is also nice - it's just a short walk from the JR station and there's a massive supermarket nearby (think Super Target or even bigger!), plus a convenience store right next door for any last-minute needs. They also have a public bath house on-site if you're interested in that. The staff were incredibly friendly and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze....

"The room was as expected. The Onsen, however, was surprisingly great, especially after a long flight. The breakfast included was great as well. There is a short 10min walk from the train station that wasn’t clearly marked and google maps wasn’t cooperating, but we got there. There isn’t anybody at reception but there are 2 friendly dinosaurs that my 9 yo loved conversing with. We would stay again because of the inclusion of the Onsen alone. "

"The shuttle feature is great from the train station, although you need to plan ahead due to its limited availability. Taxi to the property was inexpensive and affordable from the train station as well. On suite onsen and private bath is a must have feature with a clear view to the river below and the forest.
