"Visited from Glasgow for Sam Fender at St James park. Stayed here before because of how close to the stadium it was and it never disappoints. Staff are great, rooms are a good size. Could maybe do with a little rejuvenating but that’s the only complaint about the place. "

"Absolutely blown away by this incredible hotel experience! From the moment I arrived, the warm and friendly check-in set the tone for a perfect stay. There’s plenty of parking—both out front and even more around the back—making arrival stress-free. The location is unbeatable, set right on the beachfront with breathtaking views of the harbour walls and the open sea. Waking up to that view was simply unforgettable. The bar and restaurant areas are beautifully designed, creating a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. I enjoyed a delicious evening meal in the bar and an outstanding breakfast in the restaurant the next morning—both meals were top-notch in quality and service. The entire hotel was peaceful and immaculately kept, and every member of staff I encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. Without a doubt, I’ll be returning—this place is a true gem! "
