"The hotel was amazing. Staff was very helpful and made sure we were comfortable and acknowledged us everytime they seen us walk through the lobby. They helped us with maps and gave suggestions for things to see and do. And the room description did not disappoint. "

" The staff were professional, polite and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was decent with plenty of options; although a line does form for the coffee machine. The steam room and sauna were great! You can tell they’re regularly cleaned and maintained. I only stayed overnight due to business, but would definitely return for leisure. The hotel’s location close to Wynyard Station makes it a very convenient stay for a city escape."
