"I had booked 2 rooms, a standard twin for a friend and an executive twin for me and another friend. I called the hotel twice to ensure that my friend having the standard room would have the correct room. I was assured it was recorded against the booking. When I arrived, my friend had already booked in and had been given the executive room. The reception manager was rude, he didn’t believe I had called despite me showing him my call history.
