"I did not like the fact that Expedia could not get hold of hotel reception to slide my stay up by one day, as after my operation at the Brompton, they kept me in hospital for one more night. Expedia thoroughly didapointed me extremely, as if they had contacted the hotel, I would not have been charged for another night stay. Really bad customer service"

"Not an accessible hotel. We could deal with the four or so steps at the entry, but only some of the rooms with walk-in showers were located on floors that could be accessed via elevator. "

"Very impressed with the attitude and helpful staff at The Copthorne- it’s very difficult during COVID but Peter and Toni do their best to ensure everything available is explained fully and keep a smile on their face throughout! All the staff were very very pleasant and the hotel might require an update after the covid recovery but it’s very clean warm comfortable and value for money Thank you "
