" THE STAFF WAS OUTSTANDING,DUE TO A PROBLEM WITH MY CAR, WE HAD TO WAIT HOURS FOR THE BREAKDOWN COMPANY TO ARRIVE AND WE WERE LOOKED AFTER BY THE STAFF,THEY EVEN USED THEIR COMPUTER TO SORT THINGS OUT FOR US"

"Lovely clean room. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The food choices are excelkent in the restaurant or bar. There is somthing for everyones tastes. The quality of the food is very good. Great place to stay and rekax after a days walking. "

"The hotel was great for a 2 night stay with my dog. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. On the first night we couldn’t get the TV or heater to work and it was bitterly cold but the staff on reception fixed both problems straight away. Thank you Swansea Ibis."

"I like staying in traditional old city centre hotels, this one is superb. Opposite the station, beautiful inside with nice, spotlessly clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Friendly staff make you feel welcome. Great breakfast as well .I definitely would like to return sometime, I arrived by train but there is a car park adjacent too."
