"Wow! I have travelled and stayed in many hotels around the world and can actually say... this has to be one of the nicest hotels i have ever stayed in. Such a lovely warm welcome at reception. Staff all so friendly. Gorgeous clean rooms with toiletries. Comfortable firm bed. Use of executive lounge with snacks and softdrink. We had a gorgeous view of the river and city. Late check out was an added bonus. Would stay again here in a heartbeat. Well done! "
