"I like the style and design of hotel, safe parking( its a shame that you have to pay) decor in bedroom 10 .needs attention to walls and ceiling, stains on carpet, loose toilet seat and stains on seat catches to toilet pan, ill fitting windows and drafty. But excellent heating warm. Reception ok. on check-in not very welcoming lack of conversation. I chose this hotel as my Daughter had stayed here."

"We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful stately home. Bridget, Bas and all the other staff we met were charming, friendly and accommodating, including agreeing to bring forward our stay at almost no notice even though we had a fixed, non-refundable booking through hotels.com.
