I would say that a couple of the breakfast team that we encountered were quite abrupt and not as friendly as your front desk or elevator staff that we met who were amazing and friendly. But a very minor detail in our eyes but possibly something to review. All in all a fantastic experience for our first stop over in Niagara and will definitely return with family in the future.
