2 Front desk people were socializing and did not acknowledge us until they were done, which was extremely frustrating. Just saying “I will be right with you”, makes the customer feel like someone cares and knows you are waiting. Not a great start. Not a bad room, however there was a dirty sock behind the coffee machine which made us steer clear of the coffee……..

This hotel does not have hot water. If taking a shower is important to you, do not stay here. There is a major issue from floor 10 and up.

This hotel has a major problem that cannot be solved apparently and is a very big factor of why I would never stay there. This hotel does not have hot water. You all heard me right. This hotel has a major issue with their ability to deliver hot water in the upper suites. I spoke to the maintenance manager, who told me this of the record. We changed a couple of rooms because of that, but it did not help. This hotel also has a problem with the toilets. Sometimes they flush, sometimes they do not. So, if taking a shower is important to you, do not stay in this hotel.

I loved this hotel it was one of my favorites on Fallsview so far. I usually stay in Niagara with my boyfriend once a month as he works on a contract close by on some weekends. We had a great stay! We’ll be back!

Check-in at desk,the clerk was very helpful, as we arrived a little early our room was not ready. The clerk comped with an upgrade to a jacuzzi room. Room and facilities were clean and tidy. Only downside to staying in a hotel At Niagara Falls is parking fees. We had a great stay.
