"Pros: Excellent location, right on Gran via. Easily walkable to sights. Lots of food options nearby and there are starbucks everywhere. Food market is less than .5 miles. The staff are friendly. My husband and I even got 2 free tickets to the palace. Room is big enough for two and I like that there are a lot of drawers. Cons: The room is kinda dark. The shower has a great rain shower, but there was a drainage issue. The shower floor seems to slope away from the drain creating a puddle of water....

Our room was huge and looked like it had been recently remodeled to suit a family or longer stay; there was kitchenette with a high table and stools, a sink and cabinets with some kitchen-type items but no stove. Although the bathroom was modern and very clean, it was oddly tiny compared to the main room. And we had a single window in the corner that looked down...

The location was very convenient and well within walking distance to al the landmarks from royal palace to prado museum and to the metro.
