"Had an amazing stay for my birthday. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was perfect and they even gave me a birthday cake. Check in and out was very smooth. Only negative is the cost of parking and that there was no warning that we would be unable to access the Altitude restaurant or bar Blu until 2000hrs due to a corporate function taking place. That really was a big disappointment. Would def stay again though"

"Love the old style pub and its history. Comfortable but showing its age, room was noise due to work being done on the block behind the building just outside our bath room window, but the bath room door was water damaged and could not be closed. Would stay again, there appears to be plans to do work on the build in 2024"
