"We thought this was a great place to stay for visiting Manhattan. We were close to multiple subways. Walking distance to Rockefeller plaza and Times Square. Didn’t eat there. Made a few calls asking for more pillows and see if tv had more stations (changing systems so no) and someone was there within ten minutes. I read a comment that beds were hard but I don’t agree. Would stay again. "

"Older but typical NY Hotel. Could use updating but very clean and quiet. Staff was great and gave perfect suggestions for eating and also subway directions. We were upgraded to a suite which was very helpful since there were 4 women! "

No frills lobby, but complimentary filtered water dispenser in hallway, complimentary espresso machine, great lounge with a view, clean room, great and friendly staff, great location, plenty of outlets, small but functional room. Very close to Grand Central which literally connects to EVERYTHING! A very great hotel for anyone who doesn’t care about an impressive lobby. Will remember this place for next time."
