"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. "Came for a one night stay. Short taxi ride from Kings Cross station. Warm welcome and the room was ready a couple of hours early which was a bonus. Nice room. Compact but everything you need. Very comfy bed and also very quiet at night. Local pub 50 yds away if you didn’t want to use the hotel. Had a very nice steak in the evening at the hotel and the breakfast was exceptional. Would we use it again"
