"The staff was exemplar! We needed a taxi at 4:00AM in the morning, and the front desk guy patiently helped us, he called around and did his best to see if he could arrange one. We got to our bus terminal on time becuz of him. All in all, a bang for your buck, and hospitable. "

"Domus is a small hotel within a much larger building which is being refurbished. So some noise/dust in the entry way of the building. Elevator is small. Reception staff, especially Francisco was very welcoming and helpful. Room is a good size w/nice size tv. Bed is a bit on the firm side for me. Otherwise hotel is good value in a great location. JQ"

"Great service from the staff, we arrived quite late in the night and the member of staff in reception was really nice and understanding. He was happy to book us a taxi last minute for the next morning and explained everything very clearly. The room was very clean, comfortable and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay near the Rome Ciampino airport. "

"We checked in late (midnight) and Alyssa was so accommodating and provided self check in (which was easy and quick). She is great and very helpful. The room is very clean, spacious, simple but aesthetically pleasing, and I love that the hotel is environment-conscious (ie: shampoo in a big dispenser instead of small plastic bottles which we throw away after use). It also smells great and realizing in the bathroom thanks to natural essential oil reeds. The surrounding area is okay, morning walk...
