"The property was clean and the staff was friendly and provided a professional service. However, we paid an additional fee to cover breakfast, but we got there we were told that is only "American Breakfast" which was a very limited menu. Not what was advertised."

"Overall this is a very beautiful and unique property. There are only 6 rooms so it is very small but the rooms are huge. It is conveniently located right next to the zócalo as well. Their terrace bar is beautiful BUT i waited an hour there for service and no one showed. And i never saw anyone there the entire stay. The staff is very friendly as well. I only have 3 complaints: 1. They need fans. 2.they need larger mirrors (only a tiny one in the bathroom) 2. Expect a lot of noise. The balconies...

"Instalaciones viejas y feas, almohadas duras y forradas, camas incómodas, todo se escucha en el hotel, parece hotel de paso. Además es muy caro para lo que es."

"The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. However the location wasn't the best, it was on a busy street and kind of noisy, particularly as a result of the next door neighbors' dogs that barked for long periods of time. The hotel staff were pleasant."
