The breakfast was great - and the breakfast staff incredibly wonderful. Overall - staff were excellent, kind and helpful. Our room was starting to feel its age but it was extremely spacious.

A beautiful old style palace boutique hotel. It has some amazing fresco and the state room is worth the entry fee alone. The hotel is centrally located and convenient to arrive by Water Taxi. It also located beside the Gondola station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little dated by modern standard but otherwise comfortable and clean. Would consider again in the future.

Overall it wasn’t bad, but the water taxi was the only way to get to the hotel. It’s great if you’re looking for that type of experience. Natalia our waiter was extremely nice. A shout out to her!!
