"Me and my girlfriend got the Tower view suite for new years eve unbelievable view very high up you could see dundas square was able to see the lake, up king st, and up yonge. Three different views. Inside the room was modern up to date with lots of light, very cozy and clean. All night long she wouldn’t stop talking about the view this hotel is one to stay at. Staff were extremely nice fast and easy going."

"This hotel is really well located, just aside a Loblaws and a 1min walking from College Station (line 1). The staff is courteous, smiling, energetic & very professionnal. The room is small but the furnitures are well-adapted, the bed was large enough and comfy. The only sad thing was that windows were letting a small drift of cold air get inside the room, but after talking with the staff, they will take care of it as soon as possible. The small bathroom was well-provided with towels and other amenities, and the shower was working well, despite the washer tape of the pommel need to be re-done (water was leaking, but it didn't cause any serious issue not affected the water pressure) I let the staff know about it and I'm confident they will resolve the situation quickly. Outside of the minor problems, I still think it's a very good place to stay and I would not hesitate to come back for another stay! 🙂"
