"Interesting log cabin architecture. Gorgeous new bathrooms with sunken soaking tubs and nice smelling toiletries. Upstairs bed loft was a little dusty but otherwise comfortable. Included Omakase breakfast and special Wagyu set dinner were delicious and well worth it. Proprietors were super friendly and helpful. "

"A really clean hostel that provided a clean set of towels and toothbrush set. There’s a curtain for each bed so I had privacy. Even if it’s full house, there was ample space for luggage. There’s a comfy lounge area with water dispenser for me to chill. Don’t forget to try the curry rice. It was exceptionally good and slightly different from the regular Japanese curry. Toya lake was just across the street and the famous Waseimo store was right in front of The Toya. Two combi stores nearby if you like to get snacks. "
