"My husband and I really enjoyed our visit. Quality service and food was very good. Our room was very nice and spacious. Our room was on the second floor which was a little difficult for us to use stairs. We really appreciated the gentleman that delivered our luggage right to our doorstep. It's very expensive to stay at the Omni especially with all the added resort fees etc. but for the most part worth it for special occasion. Our Spa experience was pretty good too."

"This was unfortunately a mixed bag, the property was beautiful, the staff was friendly and we enjoyed our stay. For some reason they ran out of guest towels for the pools and didnt restock them for about an hour and a half, our room bathroom had a very strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom sink drains whenever we used the sinks, and the property was undergoing walkway renovations during our stay which made getting to and from the parking lots and other areas on property a bit of a pain....

"The staff was amazing. From the front desk, waitresses, to the room attendants everyone was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The tennis courts are great. Lots to walk around and do. Finally, the dining options are great. "

"We stayed at the Casitas for 5 days while attending the Tucson Rock and Gem Show. It was like a home away from home. So much better than staying in a hotel. Full kitchen was great - as was the gas fireplace. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Martha went out of her way to make our stay amazing. We really enjoyed all of the wildlife in the area. It was so cool to see the golf course is absolutely breathtaking. The only downfall was the restaurant is under renovations currently But there were several restaurants within a 5 to 6 mile distance. This location is also very close to the JW Marriott."

The location was convenient, and while the property could use some updates, it served its purpose well for our three-week business trip. If renovated, the price would likely increase. The fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge was a huge plus, allowing us to cook instead of eating out daily.
