"There was only ever about 4-5 people staying, the hotel staff were either pretending not to speak English, or they couldn't. We had to bring a friend who spoke Turkish with us to get help. The food was old/stale. We were so uncomfortable there that we had to leave early, and they refused to change our reservation even though Expedia approved it. "The people are dishonest. I booked with them because the reservation said they offered free 24 hour shuttle service. The day prior to my check-in I called to arrange the airport pick up, to my surprise and demise the clerk said I had to pay €95 for the pickup alone and refused to honor their false advertisement. I had to book a hotel elsewhere, because this hotel is very far from the airport. I don’t recommend dishonesty. Also, to date they have refused to refund me my money. "
