"Super convenient location! The front desk was super helpful and kind. Friendly bunch. The carpets in the rooms were stained and just dirty. Should replace them. The closet behind the door of the bed room is so inconvenient. Poorly designed. Showers- the water temperature needs to be regulated. Kept going really hot, then cold, the scorching hot, then cold. Super unenjoyable. Great neighborhood. But would stay somewhere next time."

"Absolutely lovely property! And the most amazing hospitality I have seen at a hotel. obviously this is a historic hotel, and it is very well taken care- has a luxury feel. I really appreciated the warm, “good mornings, have a nice day, welcome back” from the hotel staff. Selim especially went above and beyond! everything is perfect. Lovely views of the Bosphorous river nice location lots of good dining options. Staff polished your room twice a day. Everything was just so so perfect. I absolutely recommend this is a wonderful hotel. "
