"I loved that my dog got a welcome doggie goody bag on check-in and she could eat breakfast with us. Very clean, modern and lots of choice for breakfast. Will definitely stay again. We stayed the night before as we caught the channel tunnel the following morning which was convenient."

However, the staff are outstanding - I stay in hotels at least twice a week, and the reception experience from Steve was the best and friendliest I've ever had. Throughout the rest of my day, from breakfast, through to the events team I noticed such care and passion from the team, with many people pro-actively spotting when guests needed help or guidance.
