"Im extremely disappointed with my experience in this place. I made a reservation for one night : I paid and then made an electronic check-in. I was supposed to arrive at 2pm. I was supposed to get an e-mail from Ella with the access code to enter the apartment and never got an answer on time. "No AC and we couldn't have more than one fan per unit even though we had two rooms. We asked for an extra fan, were told we'd get one but didn't. Was impossible to sleep because of heat and extremely loud noise from the street. Not a pleasant stay at all. The cleaning stafd were very nice though."
