"Good place to stay in downtown Victoria "

"Lots of stores nearby. Nice to take advantage of the Fitness World gym nearby that’s included with a stay. "

"The hotel was great, friendly staff, clean room and hotel. Construction on road made access to front entrance difficult. Exit through underground parking wasn’t easy to find and had us going up a smelly elevator to an unsafe area. Loved the room and the Housekeeper was very helpful and kind. "

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating and responsive to customer needs. The room was spacious and meet the needs of our group very well. We were a generational girls trip, and it was perfect. Just a reminder though, that while breakfast is available, it does cost additional money at the hotel. "

"Location and staff were great. Huge rooms. the lake was nice but a ton of lake weed. Went to the public swim area down the road and the beach was fantastic "

"I booked frankly due to price and parking not expecting much but exceeded my expectations completely. Rooms have been well appointed with new bathrooms and excellent furnishings. Not luxury but an excellent experience for your money and really great employees. Thanks to all for a great time in Victoria. "

"Great stay in the heart of Victoria. Around the corner from the inner harbor and empress hotel, hop on hop off bus, restaurants and easy. Staff was responsive, comfy beds, enjoyed our suite. Only issue - sliding glass door to the small balcony was jammed. Maintenance came but I couldn’t open again after he left. Shd have two small chairs or stools on patio. "
