"The hotel was clean and helpful. They gave us a tour at no additional charge and even kept our luggage safe for us after we had checked out. The only issue I had was the hairdryer didn't work. Other than that, I would say it was an excellent stay!"

"First of all NO CAR in Venice so it’s very important they hotel you pick this hotel is very close to ferry station you have access to Daly market all fresh.but in general you have to walk a lot in Venice not hotel’s fault thou."

"We had an excellent stay at the Hotel Montecarlo. Location is perfect. Literally a minute walk from the hotel and you are in St Marks Square. Very close to the sights of Venice and the water bus stop is less than 10 minutes away. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. A nice touch was the afternoon tea which was all included as well as the breakfast. A good selection for all tastes. The hotel building is full of character in keeping with the city. The room was comfortable and charming. We would definitely stay here again. "
