The staff was very friendly. The rooms where nice but the showers definitely need an upgrade. The breakfast is fantastic but the dinner food not so much. Overall we enjoyed it. It’s a good affordable option.

The security was lacking. In the middle of the night someone came knocking on our door to let him in. Scared the my wife very much, and then there are no instructions in the room on what number to call for desk service or security-related issues. I finally was able to call and ask to send security. Never heard back from them. Over all we would not recommand and will not be back.

Mold and moisture everywhere. No AC in the hallways- yikes Well, I just stayed 2 days in this hotel, located directly at the sea promenade. We had to change the rooms 2x due to massive mold odor anywhere. This is a place to become asthmatic if you stay more than 2 hours in these rooms. Avoid the third floor. It reeks of mold as they are cheap and don’t use ac in the hallways. Especially the third floor is outright disgusting. Their superior rooms aren’t bad but not worth the money at all. You get a coffee maker and at least the air condition. I stayed in room 222 which was more or less satisfactory although no sea view at all. It’s an old, decrepit hotel which caters to locals. It’s straight out of 1965. Don’t trust any reviews above 2 stars as people in these hotels don’t know better. I stay another couple of days at the Doubletree , much better. If you can afford it, just get a real hotel instead of this shed. Staff was nice but not really helpful. Why should they….they have to deal with these hordes their entire life.

Desafortunada experiencia, el hotel se ve padrísimo en las fotos y como lo promocionan, desafortunadamente me fue pésimo en el hotel empezando por la actitud del auditor nocturno que tenía pésima actitud, rente 2 habitaciones las cuales estaban super sucias, llenas de pelos en los baños y en las camas, la verdad comprendo que sea un hotel sinarca de cadena pero aún así esperaba mucho más del hotel, la impresión fue tan mala que en ese momento opte por perder el dinero invertido en las dos habitaciones y me cambié de hotel, fue tanto mi coraje y frustración por qué al comentarle al auditor la situación en la que estabanas 2 habitaciones que el mismo recalcó reserve en zona súprior solo dijo que esas heran las habitaciones que yo había reservado de manera cortante y con evidente cara de desagrado, y claro abría tomado las habitaciones si hubieran estado por lo menos limpias pero de verdad no recomiendo en absoluto quedarse en este hotel, no puedo opinar del servicio pero con el tema de la limpieza y la pésima actitud del auditor nocturno cero empático me queda más que claro que no es buena opción hospedarse ahí.
