The spa services were easy to schedule with the friendly staff (definitely get a massage while you’re there) and the location was perfect. We were a ten minute walk from the city center and felt both close to everything and far enough away that we could pretend to be locals. "What a beautiful place to vacation. It’s a bit outside of downtown but oh so quiet. The 23, 32 and 6 buses will take you to and from train station. C3 and C4 buses will get you around down by Duomo. We walked 5-8 miles daily, but that’s what we like to do. Florence is very clean compared to when I went as a kid at 17. "
