Like: The property is specious and has a balcony Needs improvement: Cleanliness, Shower door is ineffective, Spills water while taking shower, inadequate toiletries and bathmats, no privacy in the main bathroom, no microwave, noisy hot water system at night, no free house keeping for 15 days, no attention to detail for the amenities required for the guests throughout the duration of stay, you need to call for everything (e.g. iron, toilet pater etc).

ヘアドライヤーが部屋に欠けていたため困った。 19時頃に気づいて電話したが、持ってきたのは翌日だった。 駅からそれなりに歩くので子供連れには、あまり向かない。メッセに近いので出張目的ならありかも。 大人2人で予約しているのに、1人分の追加料金を請求され、これも電話で説明が必要だった。 ドイツ語か英語が出来ない人には辛いと思う。 コスパ的に、次はもう泊まらない。

This place was awesome! It was really spacious (2 floors, 2 bedrooms plus a study, living room, kitchen, dining area, and a deck that wrapped around two sides). There was a lot of light and great views!. The nice tea and Nespresso were an appreciated touch. It was about a five minute walk to a subway line and in a quieter area. The place was also very clean and seemed like it was newly renovated. I would definitely stay there again!

The apartment is located near the U1 , and U2 metro lines. Both are within walking distance. There are a few restaurants nearby. The apartment is on the top floor (4th floor). There is an elevator in the building . The apartment is modern and clean. There is a kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, sink, coffee machine. There is a washer and a drying rack , ironing board, and a safe.

IT’S NOT 5 STAR. It’s barely 3 star apartment. The building and entrance are terrible and old. The apartment is not like the photos shown in Expedia, the bedrooms are very small.

The property is in an well used building with other regular residents. The apartment is spacious and clean and everything (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher) work well. There are nice views of Vienna residential area from the rooftop location.

私たちは快適な生活が送れました。
滞在の2日前までに入室のキーコードの連絡がありました。また、夜間に到着するので空港からの送迎もお願いしました。空港から18分で到着し、送迎の運転手さんがドアの開け方を手伝ってくれました。しかし、キーボックスからキーがドロップせず、少しトラブルになりましたが、運転手さんが施設に連絡をしてくれてその後は難なく入れました。アパートは5階でエレベータがあり、5日間の滞在でとても満足しました。部屋も広く、快適でした。地下鉄の駅やプラーター公園、大観覧車も徒歩圏内で環境も良かったです。スパーや商店が徒歩5分～10分圏内にあり、夕食はほとんどアパートで自炊しました。3歳の子連れで利用しましたが3部屋ありバスルームも２つで家族間（祖父）のプライベートも守れました。ティッシュは無いのでよく使う方は持参したほうが良いと思います。滞在は最上階でテラスもあり、2月初旬で寒さもありましたが景色もよく、全般的に快適に過ごせました。フロントのメールでの応対も良く、すぐに返事がきます。今後機会があればまた利用したいです。

Very happy with quality of the apartment, even nicer than expected, was very roomy, great amenities and facilities. Area was quiet and residential but very near to transport links and some supermarkets etc. Would definitely book again. Impressive terrace that would be perfect in summer.
