The hotel is within walking distance to the town center and tram stops. The property is dated but clean. The bed was comforatable but the pillows were not. The staff was very competent but not overly friendly.

We had a spacious comfort room, with comfortable bed and lovely cotton bedding. The room was at the back of the hotel and very quiet. The breakfast was tasty, with lots of choices. The location is great, in a quiet, safe area with lots of transport links. Our only criticism was that the carpets and bathroom need updating.

Overall the hotel looked rather tired and the lift was in very poor condition. Breakfast buffet was very good, especially I see included some fruit. View from my balcony was very pleasant. They seemed unable to provide milk for the room or sufficient tea bags
