I booked a room for three people, it had a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed, the room had enough space for us. Nice and comfortable hotel, great location close to the city center and near the train station. The staff were excellent and helpful. Lovely hotel which is very central - can walk pretty much everywhere and lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby! The rooms could do with a bit of an upgrade, our air con was a bit broken and very noisy in the night but we still enjoyed our stay here!

The staff were very pleasant and patient when I raised an issue about a safe that did not work. I got a much better room with a safe that did work and I was very happy throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent and the cleaning staff were very good, as were the front desk. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Vienna. Ideally situated for access to transport, restaurants and local sites of interest.
