"I really liked this hotel but we came with a dogs and lots of heavy luggage. It was tough with the stairs and the elevator hitting every other floor and. Smaller rooms which we expected.The staff was kind, attentive and professional and it was also easy to get into the center of Paris by metro. Lovely hotel and stay"

"Location - was great. It was beside a metro station and only took about 30 mins to get into the city. It's difficult to find at night. You need to be there during the day.Safety - I felt extremely safe. Gates and codes to gain access.Cleanliness - It was tidy and surface clean, but it needs a deep clean. Bathroom - adequate size, but they need to supply thicker towels and few more hand towels would be really nice. The towels were spit through. They should remove other peoples soap and shampoo...

Those with lots of luggage may want to ask to stay on the ground floor as there's a twisty staircase and it didn't appear that the elevator was operational. There was also a sign that indicated you're not allowed to eat in the room, so keep that in mind."
