"This was my family’s first time in Hawaii. I generally stay at the Hyatt because of the excellent service; however, this time it was beyond what we had expected. The staff all around were so nice and helpful. They went out of the way to make sure you felt like a celebrity. Special shoutout to Dino, he did such an amazing job at taking care of us! The location was perfect as everything was in walking distant. Not sure why people were complaining about the breakfast in some reviews, it exceeded our expectations! We would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone! I’d definitely stay here when coming back!"

"The hotel is on the beach and convenient to all of the attractions and restaurants in Waikiki. Room was good but the bathroom was quite tight. Bed was also a bit hard for our liking. Room otherwise was clean, had a nice view with a balcony. Amenities were great with restaurants on site, including the famous Duke’s. We had breakfast in Dukes every morning as it was included in the room rate. The buffet was very nice with all you could ask for and kept fresh. There was a nice pool although a bit tight seating. However, the beach is right outside the pool and restaurant. "

"We had 8 nights at the Alohilani. Location is good. Several blocks to walk to say the Cheesecake factory but can get day passes to go to the Ala Moana shopping mall. We had great ocean views. Pool area very nice. The shower room is quite small with a separate powder room along side it. At some time they must have separated them out which has made the shower and toilet roomy very tiny. Main room very spacious for my daughter and I in separate queen beds."
