"Loved everything about my stay. Only recommendation would to allow females at the Mai tai bar to use the restroom inside the restaurant 10 feet away instead of having them walk a long distance for that. It’s safer for them and should be a choice "

"This is our third stay at Princess Kaiulani. The location is unbeatable. We did notice the mugs and glasses are now paper and plastic cups, which is not environmental friendly. There was always a long wait at the lifts due to construction. Parking was easy although it cost a hefty $45 per day. We enjoyed the cultural activities and fish feeding. We have fond memories of this hotel and will come back again."

"The property was welcoming, clean and tidy. Exactly as described. Position position position!! The views from the roof top were fantastic along with the ice machine and seating. The room was as described, our only real fault was the aircon needs upgrading - we purchased a fan from Walmart to get us through steamy nights, block out curtaining would add huge value in the mornings to block out the heat and sun.. cleanliness around the hotel could use some upgrading.
