"The hotel has a great family breakfast in the morning, there is easy access to the beach/shopping/dinning. I liked there beach towel exchange, and concierge service to schedule island activities. The worst part about the hotel is the elevator situation, there is only 2 lifts per tower. So when you plan on going up or down, prepare for a long line to be able to use the lift. 5 min wait is a short wait, up to 30 mins wait especially around 8-10am. "There was only one disappointment. We went to the adult pool at the Ocean Tower and found the towel cabinet completely empty. There were 6 guests sitting on the chaise lounges and EACH one had two towels covering their chairs DESPITE the sign that guests take one towel per person. And these people NEVER went into the water.
