"Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay. Our double room had a comfy bed and was decently sized for two adults plus 3 suitcases and daypacks. Bathroom was a little snug, but functional. The staff were always friendly and accommodating - our luggage was kept secure before and after check-in, and we were able to have luggage sent by courier beforehand. "Nice little hotel less than a ten minute walk from the Kinshicho train station; plenty of restaurants in the area as well as shopping. Nothing fancy, they only offer breakfast on site but who wants to eat every meal in a hotel? If you want to stay in a quiet area away from the bustle, I recommend this hotel."

"Location just opposite a train station from where you could go anywhere in Tokyo. Thee was a 7 eleven right across the street so you could get food or anything there anytime of day or night. Free and lots of , tea, toothbrush, slippers and robe to use while you are there. Good shower pressure. "I am so happy to have found this hotel. It is close to the subway. It’s close to shopping and has one of the bigger Daiso around. "We stayed here for our visit to Disneyland and absolutely loved this hotel! The room was great. Amenities fantastic including the Yuzu bath salts much needed after lots of walking. We ate dinner here and purchased the breakfast- both were fantastic with lots of delicious options. Very clean. Lovely evening welcome lounge with complimentary candy, pancakes, cotton candy, drinks and alcoholic beer and sake. Very safe easy transportation."

Exceptional service, great value for your money

"We stayed for 5 nights I actually found this Hotel by accident as other hotels were either sold out or overpriced for this time period in tokyo. Yes, it is a bit far from tokyo (about 1 hour) but the hotel offers free shuttle to/from the airport,Aeon Mall, and Narita train station. An exceptional value in my opinion. If you don't mind riding the regular commuter train, I discovered Keisei railways has a one way trip into Tokyo for under Y1000. What sets this hotel apart from the rest is the exceptional customer service that they offer. Numerous special requests were honored, beyond my expectations. I will definitely stay here again !!! "

"This property is beautiful. The service, rooms, cleanliness, amenities are top notch. Dining options are a bit limited in the area and only option is the hotel restaurant. The breakfast was great and dinner I thought was okay. I would recommend breakfast meal plan when booking the hotel. Would definitely stay again, a gem forsure!"

"The Grand Nikko Tokyo Maihama Bay is a spectacular property! Truly a sight to behold on the inside. Highly recommended for folks looking to stay near Tokyo Disney. We had a superior room with 3 beds, and it was well appointed and spacious enough for 2 adults, a teenager and an 8-year-old. We had a view of the Bay and of Disneyland and we were able to see the fireworks and light show, and we were even able to hear the music playing along with everything. The staff was very friendly and very helpful, from the front desk all the way to the hotel cleaning staff. They made us feel welcome every time we saw someone. This hotel is very convenient to the Resort Line train station, less than a 5 minute walk. Easy to get to Disneyland and DisneySea, and the shopping mall. The buffet restaurant in the lobby was great - from the staff to the food. I would love to stay here again next time we go to Tokyo Disney!"

Fantastic place to stay.

"This was a fantastic place to stay after travelling for nearly 24 hours. The shuttle is very easy to use and recognize, the staff are super helpful and welcoming and everything you need is on site. I was warmly greeted on arrival with staff who communicate in some English, enough for me to figure out what they are saying. Lawson's is brilliant for snacks or souvenirs, there is also a wonderful gift shop. I ate at 'Serena' and the coffee shop on the first floor. Food was delicious in both places. If you go up to the 11th floor there is a great place to sit and watch the planes come and go. For it's proximity to the airport, you would hear the occasional plane but that didn't worry me. If I ever come back to Japan, I will stay here again. I will recommend it to anyone who travels here too. "
