"The hotel was excellent and all the staff without exception were absolutely great. The only minor issue with the room was that it was quite dark even in the daytime and we had fantastic weather in Liverpool all throughout our stay. Overall it was really good and we would definitely stay there again. "

"Lovely modern hotel, really close to Piccadilly. Friendly staff, beautiful room and bathroom with a rainforest type shower. Lots of extra touches like free sample drinks in the foyer, some sky channels in the room (sports, cinema etc) and a pod coffee machine. As other reviews have said there isn’t much room to walk around the bed in a standard room, I’d say only about 1ft between bed and the tv wall, so you had to shuffle (as bed is also up a small step) so if you have mobility issues perhaps upgrade your room, but it didn’t bother us at all. "
