It was bitterly cold and the duvet and pillows were a bit thin and “tired” so we were a little cool. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Advice from a previous guest to have a room at the back of the property was useful as it was quiet. "

"This was a lovely property to stay for a visit to the Christmas event to Blenheim Palace. Parking was on the street pottage which you can pay via Ringo. Unfortunately it was for a limited time and so you can't pay to leave it there all day. Nice breakfast, included in the price. Room was large, beds really comfortable and very quiet. Would stay again. "

"I loved my stay for 3 nights! Sian is a perfect host, and my single room upstairs overlooking the back garden was very quiet, had a very comfortable bed, a chair, and plenty of spaces, surfaces, and hooks to put things in or on. I could sit in the breakfast room any time of the day if I wanted a table space for working on a laptop, and I was welcome to store items in the fridge. Delicious cooked breakfast of any version of a Traditional English you prefer, plus cereal, yoghurt, fruit, juices....
